Meet the Collective

We are a dedicated team of like-minded psychologists based in Auckland, offering specialist eating disorder treatment. Each psychologist draws on a wide range of skills and expertise in providing evidence-based psychological approaches. We are trauma-informed, neurodiversity affirming, and aligned with a Health At Every Size (HAES®) approach. We believe that eating disorder treatment requires a collective approach, one that incorporates the mind, body, and soul. As such, we are proud to offer collaboration with The School of Modern Meditation (SOMM) for those wanting to integrate a mindfulness-based approach into their psychological treatment.

Rose Tobin

Health Psychologist

“I specialise in supporting people who struggle with eating difficulties, across the age span, but I particularly enjoy working with adolescents and their families. I take a holistic approach to therapy, considering mind, body and spirit to support health and wellbeing.

I believe in responding to the individual needs of my clients. I do so using a range of evidence based modalities, including Adolescent & Parent Treatment (APT), which is an inclusive approach to treatment of anorexia nervosa in teens.”

Anne-Sophie Selwyn

Counselling Psychologist

“I specialise in working with adults struggling with eating and body image issues.  My passion lies in supporting adults to a place of food freedom, body acceptance and living a full and rich life."

I firmly believe that we all have an innate ability to find ways to cope with difficult times in our lives, and that these ways have enabled us to survive. There comes a point, however, when these strategies no longer serve us well.  One of my goals is to help transform those strategies into those that serve better so that a better nourished body and mind can be enjoyed.”
